NIAGARA ON THE LAKE HORTICULTURAL SOCIETY PRIVACY STATEMENT
INTRODUCTION

The Niagara on the Lake Horticultural Society (NIAGARA ON THE LAKE HORTICULTURAL SOCIETY) is a not-for-profit charitable organization with a volunteer Executive and Board of Directors whose purpose is to provide leadership and assist in the promotion of education and interest in all areas of horticulture and related environmental issues.
Our privacy policies and procedures that have been developed to comply with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (“PIPEDA”). PIPEDA sets out rules for the collection, use and disclosure of a member’s or volunteer’s personal information, as well as safeguarding that information in the course of its activity as defined in the legislation.

As it relates to this description, The Niagara on the Lake Horticultural Society, limits your personal information to your contact details: Name, address, email address and telephone number. We DO NOT retain any credit card information you provide. And in fact that data is processed by WIX our website provider's third party financial vendor named Stripe. Once submitted for payment we have no access to your credit details.
